"MSC. CRUISES."
We were due to sail in June 2020 on MSC Seaview,but the cruise was cancelled due to COVID 19. I have a letter promising a full refund of £1500.00 but could take 120days. It’s now 8mnths on and although ringing them every couple of weeks, I’m being fobbed off with the same excuse,they’re working in date order and I’m definitely on the list for my refund. I can’t stress enough KEEP AWAY FROM this company.

"Despite all of the negative reviews"
Despite all of the negative reviews, I had a very positive experience today with Georgette, one of the MSC employees. As many others have reported, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused problems for my husband & I on our cruise plans. Without going into a lot of details, let me say that Georgette was “ patient, respectful and honest’ with me today as she took the time to explain their processes and gave advice on how to communicate with my travel agent to get our future cruise credit migrated to the original booking.
